The Territory Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and project success within an assigned geographic region. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading projects from discovery through execution. This role supports a collaborative, fast-paced work environment across remote, field, and technical settings. For positions that allow it, we operate as a remote-first company, encouraging flexibility and digital connection. Field sales and service roles involve regular travel, independent decision-making, and direct interaction with machinery or customers. Some positions may require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely navigate to industrial or outdoor sites.
