Levels II–III | 100% Travel

Compensation Range: $75,000 – $110,000+ depending on experience
Location: Candidates must be based in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Tennessee and live near a major airport.

Position Summary
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC machinery and automation systems at customer facilities nationwide.
This role serves as the company’s technical representative in the field, diagnosing complex equipment issues while supporting customers in maximizing machine uptime and production efficiency.
Depending on experience, this role may also function as a senior technical resource, assisting with complex troubleshooting and mentoring junior engineers.

Field Service Engineers are expected to maintain a professional-grade personal tool kit appropriate for industrial field service work. Engineers should assemble a complete tool kit within the first 90 days of employment.
