About the role
SteelPoint Machine Tool, LLC dba DNE Laser USA is seeking a driven and relationship-focused sales professional to join our team. This role is responsible for growing territory sales by developing and supporting a robust dealer network, cultivating key customer relationships, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Sales to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the mission, vision, and core values of DNE Laser USA. This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory to build connections, close deals, and represent our brand with integrity and excellence. What you'll do
This role supports a collaborative, fast-paced work environment across remote, field, and technical settings. For positions that allow it, we operate as a remote-first company, encouraging flexibility and digital connection. Field sales and service roles involve regular travel, independent decision-making, and direct interaction with machinery or customers. Some positions may require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely navigate to industrial or outdoor sites. Across all teams, we prioritize safety, accountability, and continuous growth—empowering individuals to make a meaningful impact wherever they work.
