Role

• Conduct research to identify, design, and prototype user experiences that delight users and address our business objectives
• Evangelize design thinking practices to navigate complex design systems and challenge existing constraints
• Develop and maintain design assets to drive consistency across the application, speed up development, and build love and trust with our users
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to transform ideas into product requirements that offer functional clarity and technical direction
• Validate the design and technical implementation of proposed features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Lead and facilitate design workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on product vision and requirements
• Define and evolve the brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all touch points

You

• You have 5+ years of product design experience
• You bring rock-solid skills in UX architecture and interaction design
• You have outstanding visual design and UI skills (Including color, layouts, iconography, and typography.)
• You thrive in bringing structure to unstructured environments
• You love tackling massive challenges and breaking them down into their component parts
• You have demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
• You have technical knowledge in working with design systems, libraries, and style guides
• You have extensive knowledge of design methodologies in user research and testing
• You have experience designing across multiple platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS)
• You are comfortable leading the design direction of the company

Helpful Experiences and Background

• Experience working in an agile environment
• Familiarity with Figma
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions

Salary Range

At Onaroll, we believe in offering competitive and transparent compensation packages that reflect the skills and experience of our valued team members. For this position, the salary range is 120-140k per year. Please note that this range is designed to encompass the diversity of experience levels and expertise that our potential candidates may bring.

In addition to the base salary, we are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% coverage for high-quality health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and other perks tailored to support the well-being of our employees.

Additionally, Onaroll expects employees to operate like owners - because they are. Every employee earns equity in the business in the form of Incentive Stock Options, on top of their salary and benefits package.

Onaroll reserves the right to adjust the salary range for this role based on shifts in the market or variations in the experience of the candidate. We believe in maintaining flexibility to ensure that our compensation remains competitive and reflective of the dynamic nature of our industry.
