About the role


As a part of the Implementation Team, you'll directly impact Onaroll's mission to celebrate shift workers. Every day, you'll come to work ready to surprise and delight shift workers, helping reinforce the value of their work and rewarding them for their excellence.


We are seeking a highly process-oriented Implementation Manager responsible for leading our customers through the onboarding experience, ensuring they quickly see value during the implementation journey. Candidates should be comfortable running multiple implementation initiatives while blending relationship management with the ability to define, execute and scale processes.


Responsibilities

  • Implementation Oversight: Lead complex or high-impact implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact for critical issues and ensuring timely, high-quality project completion. Build deep expertise in Onaroll's platform to guide clients through successful deployments, optimize their product usage, and resolve complex technical issues during implementation.
  • Process Development: Continuously seek and implement improvements to accelerate and enhance the onboarding process. Develop and maintain documentation, tools, and resources that support internal teams and improve client experiences. Drive the adoption of best practices in implementation and client success, working closely with Sales and R&D teams to refine and improve onboarding strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the customer's advocate, influencing product strategy and priorities to boost adoption and retention, and overall business direction. Collaborate across functions to address customer issues and achieve mutual objectives. Create and maintain internal documentation and resources to support various teams.

You

  • Proven Implementer: 5+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Process-Driven Innovator: Highly process-oriented with a strong track record of developing and scaling implementation processes to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Independent Driver: Able to work autonomously while keeping stakeholders informed. A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still being defined and roles may evolve.
  • Empathetic Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and communicate effectively. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Skilled at identifying potential problems or areas for improvement and addressing them proactively to mitigate impacts on the team or clients.
  • Strategic Partner: Excellence in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, with proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that drive mutual success.
  • Technical Navigator: Experience with API integrations, data migration, and enterprise software configurations. Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies.
  • Culture Contributor: Thrives in a social, collaborative environment and values building authentic relationships with teammates. Brings positive energy to the workplace and enjoys participating in team activities while maintaining professional excellence. Someone who can seamlessly transition from leading a client implementation meeting to joining an impromptu team lunch or brainstorming session.




Salary Range and Description

At Onaroll, we believe in offering competitive and transparent compensation packages that reflect the skills and experience of our valued team members. For this position, the salary range is 80-100k per year. Please note that this range is designed to encompass the diversity of experience levels and expertise that our potential candidates may bring.
