Sales associates are responsible for selling merchandise, program booklets, and other items that are available at the merchandise booth for the duration of our events. They will provide the studio directors with their information packets and bags upon arrival. Associates will be responsible for answering general questions from our customers (including dancers, parents and directors) as well as greeting and directing them to where they need to go when they enter the venue. The sales associate will assist their Event Director when studios check in; they will take the lead in this when studios check in later throughout the weekend and a director is not available. Sales associates will be responsible for restocking and folding merchandise prior to the end of an event. At the end of each event, they will complete an inventory sheet. Furthermore, each registered dancer receives a free gift at our regional events; the sales associate will distribute these free gifts. Most importantly, our sales associate is responsible for creating an experience for all in attendance and being a customer service liaison throughout the event.
