Join us and become a part of the energy and excitement of OneBeat!

At OneBeat Dance Brands, we are committed to hosting fun, fair, and professional competitions that recognize all dancers, from first-time competitors to future Broadway stars. We are seeking Judges who embody these values and can inspire young dancers through positive experiences. As a Judge, you will be responsible for providing constructive feedback that not only identifies areas for improvement but also offers actionable advice on how to achieve those improvements. Your critiques should be technical, constructive, and uplifting, delivered confidently across all dance genres and experience levels. It is essential that each dancer leaves our stages feeling encouraged, motivated, and recognized. While we deeply value and respect our judging panels, our primary focus remains on the dancers and their overall experience, ensuring we maintain our standard of producing high-quality, fair, and exciting events.
