Job Brief:  

 

The Warehouse and Print Operations Team Member position is an in-office, seasonal, part-time position (about 25 hours/week). This team member supports the day-to-day functions of the Operations Team zone of the OneBeat warehouse. This role assists with production of printed materials, inventory tracking, and general warehouse organization to ensure timely preparation and distribution of event assets. 

The position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal workflow. The Warehouse and Print Operations Team Member plays an essential role in maintaining operational efficiency across tour and production cycles. 

This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and Warehouse and Print Operations Team Lead and works closely with the Operations Team, Production Department, Merch and Awards Departments.  

This is a seasonal position. The targeted start-date for this position is January 13th, and the end date with be April 24th.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Digitally format and prepare weekly event programs and printed materials for all scheduled events, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time completion. 
  • Use Microsoft Word Mail Merge and related tools to generate personalized event documents including programs, schedules, and labels. 
  • Operate and maintain in-house print equipment ensuring that the printers are functioning properly and that all supplies (paper, toner, covers, etc.) are stocked and functional. 
  • Restock and maintain roadcases with printed materials and check-in supplies weekly. 
  • Support coordination with print vendors (e.g., Minute Man Press) for cutting, binding, or finishing as needed. 
  • Accurately organize, label, and pack printed event materials for shipment to each event location. 
  • Track and manage inventory of printed materials and supplies, communicating low stock or reorder needs to the Warehouse and Print Operations Team Lead. 
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean print and warehouse workspaces. 
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills by prioritizing multiple projects, adapting to last-minute changes, and consistently meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. 
  • Support special projects and other operational duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Ability to work part-time, Monday through Friday, in-office with flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak event seasons. 
  • Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 40 lbs) safely and efficiently, and work on your feet for extended periods. 
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings, with periods of physical activity and movement. 
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality of event materials. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong general computer literacy and comfort working with printers, labelers, and warehouse equipment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools is a plus! 

The pay range for this role is:

18 - 18 USD per hour (OneBeat East)
