As the Executive Business Assistant, you will serve as the right hand to the CEO, acting as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and organizational leader. This role demands exceptional judgment, unwavering discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of a fast-paced executive team. You will be the connection across all critical business functions, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment while representing the CEO in high-stakes situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Advisory:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing insights on key business decisions and high-priority initiatives.
- Act as a sounding board for the executive team, offering perspective on company goals and leadership strategy.
- Manage sensitive corporate matters with discretion, including confidential communications and critical decision-making support.
Operations:
- Coordinate and streamline executive priorities, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Oversee special projects, strategic planning, and crisis management.
- Maintain oversight of key business metrics and operational performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Sales:
- Leverage deep knowledge of channel sales strategies to advise on growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align the CEO’s vision with actionable sales strategies.
- Support the development and execution of channel sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Communication:
- Represent the CEO in meetings, preparing briefs, talking points, and strategic recommendations.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other senior leaders, ensuring clarity of communication and alignment on key objectives.
- Draft high-impact communications, including speeches, press releases, and stakeholder updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in executive support, corporate strategy, business operations, and channel sales
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to read situations and people effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in finance, corporate strategy, or channel sales is a significant advantage.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business operations and strategy.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year to start, plus any commissions earned through sales
