About The Role

We are looking for a full-time Implementation Manager to join our tight-knit team and help build the foundation of the company’s Customer Success team. As the Implementation Manager, you will help our customers integrate OneVest products and services. You’re a natural problem solver, team player, and enjoy the variety that comes with building out solutions across a variety of customers, business models, and technologies. This will be a multifaceted role with a considerable opportunity for impact and contributions across the entire organization.


What You'll Be Doing:

Project Management & Customer Success (60%)

  • Plan and manage new customer onboarding and work with internal teams to ensure implementation best practices are adopted and executed

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product & Technology, Operations, Revenue, Wealth) to represent and advocate for customer needs, strategies, opportunities and insights in order to assist with OneVest’s product roadmap and developing new product features

  • Provide subject matter expertise to customers to assist in navigating their implementation from project kick-off through to business-as-usual phases

  • Monitor and control overall project delivery tracking, performance, and risks for assigned customers 

  • Leverage data and insights from new and existing clients to guide strategy and implementation of OneVest solutions for its customers

  • Contribute to improving processes, procedures, templates, knowledge base and training documentation


Stakeholder Management (30%)

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer interactions: identify and align on strategic program goals, key performance indicators and opportunities

  • Provide regular customer updates including performance indicators, successful outcome metrics, and progress updates to the Executive team and Senior Management


Account Management (10%)

  • Establish recurring strategic planning sessions with customers to ensure plans are reviewed and considered as part of OneVest’s product roadmap

  • Nurture existing accounts through renewal and leveraging opportunities for upselling and providing recurring value

  • Identify customers best-suited to participate in research and co-development opportunities as well as participate in the identification of new features


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-focused SaaS technology implementation, project/program management, account management, and/or management consulting work experience

  • Experience working in wealth management/wealth technology, specifically at Addepar, InvestCloud, Envestnet, Broadridge, Orion, FNZ, SS&C, or similar

  • Proven ability to develop strategies and standard operating procedures for implementations, B2B customer success, and/or account management

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organizations of varying sizes and complexities

  • Must be flexible with working hours in order to meet our clients needs and answer their questions in a timely matter 


Compensation:

  • The salary band for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 USD for candidates based in the US. Most candidates should expect compensation toward the mid-point of this band to start.
