About The Role
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan and manage new partner onboarding and work with internal teams to ensure implementation best practices are adopted and executed
Act as a primary point of contact for partner interactions: identify and align on strategic program goals, key performance indicators and opportunities
Establish recurring strategic planning sessions with partners to ensure plans are reviewed and considered as part of OneVest’s product roadmap
Provide regular partner updates including performance indicators, successful outcome metrics, and progress updates to the Executive team and Senior Management
Collaborate with internal teams (Product & Technology, Operations, Revenue, Wealth) to represent and advocate for partner needs, strategies, opportunities and insights in order to assist with OneVest’s product roadmap and developing new product features
Nurture existing accounts through renewal and leveraging opportunities for upselling and providing recurring value
Provide subject matter expertise to partners to assist in navigating their implementation from project kick-off through to business-as-usual phases
Monitor and control overall project delivery tracking, performance, and risks for assigned partners
Leverage data and insights from new and existing clients to guide strategy and implementation of OneVest solutions for its partners
Identify partners best-suited to participate in research and co-development opportunities as well as participate in the identification of new features
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience of enterprise-focused technology implementation, project/program management, account management, and/or management consulting work experience
Experience working in wealth management/wealth technology
Hands on experience leading SaaS-based implementations
Ability to develop strategies and standard operating procedures for implementations and account management
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Must be flexible with working hours in order to meet our clients needs and answer their questions in a timely matter
