Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue growth through strategic sales origination, new business development, and achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle for IT services engagements—including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close.
  • Manage and grow a healthy pipeline, including forecasting, account planning, and territory strategy for assigned industries or accounts.
  • Show strong sales discipline in lead management, opportunity qualification, close planning, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Directors, Practice Leaders, Solutions Architects, and Managed Services leadership to drive pursuit strategies and craft compelling client solutions.
  • Partner with key Alliance partners such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Dell, VMware, Palo Alto, and NetApp to build joint value propositions and co-selling motions.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and client‑facing materials to support business development efforts.
  • Oversee and expand relationships across multiple enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Drive year‑over‑year account expansion through proactive development of new client relationships, new opportunity creation, and consistent quarter‑over‑quarter pipeline development.
  • Lead and participate in SOW and MSA negotiations, partnering with Legal, Delivery, and Account Leadership to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.


Requirements

  • 6+ years of outside sales experience in consulting, professional services, IT services, or staff augmentation.
  • 3+ years selling into the Financial Services Industry (Banking, Wealth, Insurance) or similar enterprise markets.
  • Proven experience selling one or more of the following:
    • Professional Services & Consulting
    • IT Managed Services & As‑a‑Service models
    • Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Infrastructure Modernization (Compute, Storage, Network)
    • Cybersecurity services and solutions
    • Digital Workspace / End‑User Computing
    • Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation
  • Strong network of contacts within financial services or enterprise sectors.
  • Demonstrated success selling into complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, DevOps, cybersecurity, networking, digital transformation, and hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).


Nice to Have

  • Certifications with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • MBA or advanced business/technology education.


Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
