Job Summary:
As a Sr. Strategic Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing Agnostic solutions to meet the technological and business needs of our organization and clients. This role requires a deep understanding of networking, Security, collaboration, and AI technologies, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. The Sr. Solution Architect plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering technical solutions
Essential Functions:
- Build solutions adhering to IT architecture standards and methodologies
- Develop detailed architectural designs, including technical workflows and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team during the planning & design phases.
- Act as an escalation point for Solution Architects in Central Regions
- Develop comprehensive, agnostic solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams, to gather and understand project requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with business goals.
- Develop resilient, scalable, and secure solutions across various practice areas.
- Build bill of materials.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales.
- Ensure solutions meet Customer business needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Collaborate with vendors and align strategies.
- Drive technology strategy to the clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions
- Conduct POCs
- Conduct workshops, deliver presentations, and demonstrate proof of concept to clients and project stakeholders.
- Develop detailed documentation for solution designs.
- Assist in conducting necessary exams for vendor certification.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Certifications:
- CCIE, CCNP, or CCDP or equivalent are highly desirable.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in a related field
Special Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, collaboration, security, and data center technologies.
- Familiar with vendor solutions such as Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Arctic Wolf, Pure Storage, Broadcom etc.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
- Experience managing a team of architects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud integration and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

The pay range for this role is:
143,433 - 160,500 CAD per year (Canada)
