Overview

The Acquisition Campaign Specialist supports the execution and optimization of B2B demand generation campaigns designed to drive new customer acquisition for Onyx CenterSource. Reporting directly to the Manager of Demand and Campaign Management, this role will play a key hands-on function in building, launching, and monitoring multi-channel campaigns aligned to corporate and product-level growth goals.

 

This individual will work closely with the broader marketing team - including content, communications, product marketing, and operations - to ensure campaigns are well-targeted, performance-driven, and consistently executed across channels such as paid media, email, social, and web.

Reports to: Manager of Demand & Campaign Management

Oversight:  This position has no direct reports

Roles/ Responsibilities

  •  Partner with the Manager of Demand & Campaign Management to execute integrated acquisition campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth across our various sectors, markets and verticals.
  • Support the planning and coordination of paid media, search, social, and email nurture tactics within the broader campaign framework.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to launch campaigns within automation platforms, ensuring proper tagging, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Content team and develop briefs to deliver assets and meet campaign timelines.
  • Assist in the development of audience segmentation and targeting strategies in partnership with Commercial Operations.
  • Execute A/B testing and continuously optimize messaging, creative, and channels based on campaign performance insights.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics including CTRs, conversion rates, CPL, and ROI to inform campaign improvements.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, and schedules to ensure visibility, alignment, and consistency across teams.

 

Qualifications

Minimum required:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation roles
  • Proven experience coordinating digital marketing or lead generation campaigns
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, PathFactory and Jasper AI
