Overview

The Corporate Finance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day payment processes and methods, issuing internal reports for review by the financial director/Corporate Finance Manager, and maintaining positive relationships with banking providers.

Education

Minimum required: Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent

Preferred: Master’s degree in finance or equivalent

Span of Control:

Reports to Corporate Finance Manager

Oversight:  This position has no direct reports

Roles/ Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of payment processes and methods, ensuring their proper execution.
  • Prepare internal reports for review by the Financial Director or Corporate Finance Manager.
  • Manage and strengthen daily relationships with banking and payment providers.
  • Support the analysis and implementation of new payment and collection methods, as well as improvements to existing ones, in alignment with company needs.
  • Assist in market analysis and evaluate potential partnerships with payment service providers.
  • Participate in the detection, verification, and communication of suspicious transactions related to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance.
  • Support the analysis of regulations related to payment and collection methods, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Review and submit monthly financial reports to the parent company.

Qualifications

Minimum required: 

  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Accountin
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Advanced level of English, both in writing and speaking.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in fintech and/or banking environments.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint Presentations and Excel.

Physical Demands/  Travel required

Work associated with this position is sedentary in nature and performed indoors at a desk either remotely or in an office setting.

Travel for this position is not required.

 

This position is hybrid in office and remote.
