Overview | The SVP, Human Resources is the executive leader responsible for shaping and executing a global people strategy that drives business performance, organizational scalability, and a high-performing, inclusive culture. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, balancing business outcomes with employee experience to enable a motivated, engaged, and empowered workforce The SVP brings deep expertise in global employment practices and leads the development of scalable HR strategies, frameworks, and programs that support organizational growth and effectiveness. This role partners across all levels of the organization, including senior executives and global teams.
