THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re looking for a savvy, hands-on Demand Generation Marketing Manager to build and scale demand / lead gen programs from the ground up. You’ll be the architect and operator of campaigns that fill the top of the funnel with high-quality leads, driving measurable impact on funnel conversions in a fast-paced startup environment. If you’re equal parts strategic and tactical, love leveraging AI-driven insights to optimize demand gen, and thrive in a “build, test, iterate” environment, this is your playground.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own and execute a multi-channel demand / lead generation strategy (ABM, email, social, paid media, content syndication, LinkedIn, events, SEO, and email nurture) using data, automation, and AI-driven insights to 10X pipeline growth.
- Optimize messages/CTAs, conduct A/B testing, and refine outreach sequences to constantly improve conversion rates, targeting distinct buyer personas—ranging from technical champions to executive decision-makers.
- Design and implement full-funnel nurture workflows to sustain prospect engagement and retarget prior leads with personalized content and offers.
- Maintain strong alignment with Sales and RevOps to optimize lead handoff, lead scoring, closed-loop reporting, closed-won and closed-lost insights, and funnel dynamics.
- Monitor, analyze, and translate campaign performance into business outcomes, track lead flow, measure critical KPIs such as MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and own pipeline contribution, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, campaign attribution, and marketing ROI.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING (MUST HAVES):
- 5+ years demand/lead generation, outbound marketing experience, ideally B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech startup
- Proven success building multi-channel lead gen programs from scratch driving measurable full-funnel funnel conversion results (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth leading to opportunities).
- Demonstrated success with ABM and full-funnel lead management, including nurture and retargeting strategies.
- Strong skills in email and social media marketing, UTM building for campaign tracking and multi-channel attribution.
- Mastery of MarTech tools, like HubSpot, Google Analytics/Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
- Strong campaign reporting, analytics, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate data-driven insights, ROI modeling, and pipeline attribution to executives.
- Excels in clear, concise and highly polished verbal, written and visual communication for performance reporting, executive presentations, emails, webinars, landing pages, etc.
- Curiosity and passion for emerging tech — especially AI, data, or privacy technology.
- Highly technical, analytical, data-driven, adaptable, and proactive.
- Startup mindset: scrappy, experimental, thrives in ambiguity.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, loves rolling up sleeves, thrives on testing and learning.
STRONG PLUSES:
- Experience working with technical audiences (e.g., data scientists, AI architects, CTOs).
- Exposure to the AI, ML, or privacy-tech space.
- Prior work in a hybrid GTM team with close Sales-Marketing alignment.
- Comfort with leveraging AI tools for campaign personalization, targeting, and performance optimization

The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 160,000 USD per year (HQ)
