Marketing – Lead Generation

About the role

We’re looking for a finance professional with strong asset management industry knowledge to join our team as AVP of Marketing, Lead Generation. This role is ideal for someone who understands how the investment management ecosystem works, including ETFs, SMAs, and mutual funds, and can apply that expertise to identify the right firms, craft thoughtful messaging, and drive high-quality top-of-funnel activity.


The ideal candidate also brings hands-on lead generation experience and is comfortable using CRM tools to scale outreach and monitor performance.



What you'll do

  • Use your finance and industry knowledge to identify high-potential prospects across RIAs, asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices
  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build and manage prospect databases with curated lists tailored to ETF conversations
  • Write clear, professional outreach messages that resonate with financial decision-makers
  • Track, manage, and report on outreach performance using a CRM system like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, targeting, and conversion goals
  • Continuously improve processes and performance based on data and feedback

Qualifications


  • 4+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within asset management or working with investment firms
  • Strong understanding of ETFs, SMAs, mutual funds, and the broader asset management landscape
  • Proven track record in lead generation or sales enablement within the finance industry
  • Experience using SaaS-based prospecting and marketing tools to support outreach efforts
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outbound prospecting platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Clear communicator who can adapt messaging to a range of financial audiences
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 125,000 USD per year (USA)
