About the role

As National Accounts Strategy Associate, you will play a mission-critical support role on the national accounts team. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role for someone who thrives at the intersection of process management, platform compliance, and data-driven decision making.

  • Platform Access Strategy: Track and monitor platform onboarding progress across firms and identify areas where Tidal can expand or accelerate access.
  • Strategic Analytics and Funnel Optimization: Analyze fund performance, outreach results, and platform feedback to help the national accounts team target the right funds, firms and advisors.
  • Reporting and Insights: Deliver clear dashboards and insights that inform strategic sales decisions and drive smarter national accounts execution.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in asset management, platform due diligence, sales strategy, or ETF distribution.
  • Experience managing DDQs or related documentation for major platforms or compliance teams.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with comfort using CRM tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent communicator who can synthesize insights and drive processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for ETFs and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial firm.
