About the role

We are seeking a proactive individual with a blend of marketing and sales experience specific to ETFs, to help manage and grow the YieldMax brand. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the ETF space, including marketing and sales, and hold the necessary series licenses. This role will be essential in driving awareness, engagement, and growth for YieldMax ETFs through press releases, social media, and investor relations. 

What you'll do

Press Releases & Communications

· Draft and manage press releases related to YieldMax ETFs, ensuring Compliance review.

· Distribute press releases across relevant channels, including media outlets and investor platforms.

· Manage inbound communications related to YieldMax, responding to media inquiries and investor requests.

Social Media & Website Management

· Develop and manage YieldMax-related content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

· Schedule and post approved content, monitoring engagement and trends to optimize performance.

· Oversee updates to the YieldMax website and ensure digital accuracy.

Sales & Investor Relations

· Identify and prospect new advisors and investors for YieldMax ETFs.

· Manage CRM systems to track sales leads, investor meetings, and communications.

· Coordinate investor calls and meetings, and follow up on opportunities.

Event Planning

· Plan and organize investor events and media interviews focused on YieldMax.

· Coordinate logistics and assist with on-location activities to enhance brand exposure.

Reporting & Analytics

· Create performance reports that track social media engagement, press activity, and sales efforts for YieldMax.

· Develop attribution reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of direct experience in the ETF industry, specifically with marketing and sales for ETFs.

· Series 7 and 63/66 licenses, preferred.

· Strong experience in social media, press release management, and investor relations.

· Excellent project management and communication skills.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing platforms.
