About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Project Manager to join our financial services firm. You will lead and manage the delivery of multiple strategic and operational initiatives in a timely, organized, and transparent manner. This role requires strong collaboration with IT, development, and business teams to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
As a core contributor to the firm's project management capabilities, you will help evolve our approach to delivery by incorporating best practices in planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. Familiarity with Agile principles is a plus, as the organization explores more iterative and collaborative delivery approaches.
What you'll do
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the central point of contact for project stakeholders across business units and external partners.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications to provide transparent updates and surface decision points.
- Align project objectives and deliverables with strategic goals and stakeholder needs.
Operational & Process Improvements:
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for improving processes and workflows.
- Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and scalability through the use of technology solutions.
- Promote a culture of structured problem-solving, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Deliver high-quality reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership to support accountability and strategic visibility.
Team Enablement & Project Support:
- Lead and coach project teams with empathy and accountability, adapting your management approach to the needs of each initiative.
- Support the development of project delivery practices within the organization by sharing tools, templates, and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in the financial services industry REQUIRED, preferably within ETFs or investment funds.
- Prior experience working with Bloomberg systems (e.g., AIM, EMSX, or related tools) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across business levels and functional areas.
- Working knowledge of compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements in fund or asset management environments.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and quality work.
- Self-motivated, client-focused, and driven to deliver results in a dynamic, evolving organization.
- Experience using Monday.com for project tracking, task management, or workflow automation is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and iterative project delivery is preferred.
- PMP certification required.

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 140,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
