Job Title: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist (Per Diem)

Location: Cambridge

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead individual and group psychotherapy sessions using groundbreaking ketamine-assisted therapy techniques, customizing each approach to suit patients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic treatment team, including the infusion nurse, to craft innovative treatment plans integrating ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with other leading-edge clinical approaches.
  • Document patient progress and treatment goals in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Uphold ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and clinical expertise, continuously staying at the forefront of best practices.
  • Engage in team meetings and embrace ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Opt-out provider with Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Current Massachusetts state licensure or certification as a mental health professional.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work per diem.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in psychotherapy, including complex mental health conditions.
  • Familiarity with ketamine-assisted therapy techniques and clinical guidelines.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cutting-edge ketamine-assisted therapy techniques, including psychedelic integration therapy.
  • Familiarity with risks and benefits of ketamine administration.
