LOCATION: Lehi, UT

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our SaaS platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll focus on automation, scalability, performance, and developer productivity — all while embracing AI-driven tools and practices to supercharge everything you do. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and other cross-functional teammates to streamline deployments, optimize systems, and keep our infrastructure secure, reliable, and cost-effective.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, highly available infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable deployments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and other IaC tools
• Use Amazon CloudWatch and similar tools to monitor system health, performance, and availability
• Leverage AI tools to analyze, automate, and optimize infrastructure and operational workflows
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Amazon ECS, or Amazon EKS
• Partner with development teams to implement DevOps best practices and drive reliability improvements
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis
• Continuously optimize our AWS environment for performance and cost efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years specifically in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services like Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, Amazon RDS, Amazon S3, AWS IAM, and AWS CodeDeploy
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be integrated into DevOps workflows (think ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls) and IAM security best practices
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS or EKS)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
