LOCATION: Remote (Lehi, UT Based)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Representative who has experience selling software or services into the senior living industry. The ideal candidate is skilled at building strong relationships with decision-makers, especially marketing and operations leaders, and thrives on driving new business. This role is all about growing our presence in the senior living space and helping operators create exceptional experiences for their residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the senior living sector
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with marketing and operations leaders at senior living organizations
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and positioning Opiniion as the solution

Sales Execution

• Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to close
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies and messaging tailored to the senior living market

Industry Insight and Strategic Growth

• Stay informed on industry trends, challenges, and competitors within the senior living space
• Provide feedback from the field to help shape product positioning and strategy
• Identify innovative ways to reach new accounts and accelerate growth

Professionalism and Representation

• Uphold high standards of conduct, communication, and ethics
• Represent Opiniion’s “Funfessional” culture to prospects and clients alike

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5+ years of sales experience specifically in the senior living industry
• Proven track record of selling software or services to marketing and/or operations leaders
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated and proactive with strong initiative
• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing pipeline and performance
