About the role

We’re looking for a driven Outside Area Sales Manager that has experience in Automotive and General Industry B2B Sales to cover the Great Lakes Region, USA territory. You’ll play a key role in growing market share, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored adhesive solutions that solve real manufacturing challenges.

What you'll do

· Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts in the Automotive & Manufacturing sectors

· Build lasting relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.

· Become a technical expert on MTA’s specialty products.

· Manage your territory effectively—plan, visit, follow up, and close.

· Maintain accurate activity reports and sales forecasts using our CRM.

Qualifications

· Proven outside sales experience with adhesives, industrial, or manufacturing sectors *Required

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Self-motivated with strong time management ability

· Familiar with CRM software and MS Office

· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

· Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

What We Offer

· Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000

· Commission + bonuses: OTE $90,000 – $120,000+
