Job Description
As an IT Analyst at Order.co, you'll play a key role in sustaining the performance, integrity, and security of IT systems and infrastructure. You’ll employ your expertise in systems analysis, help desk support, workflow automation, systems administration, information security, and project management to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and scalable. Please note that this role will be located in-office 5 days per week at our NYC HQ.
Role Expectations:
Help Desk
- Identify opportunities for improvement in IT service delivery.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical support issues and a positive customer experience.
- Identify and establish best practices for ticket management and customer service.
- Manage IT support tools, asset tracking systems, and knowledge base documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding IT support (user accounts, hardware, software setup, etc.).
Systems Analysis & Support
- Analyze and improve IT systems, infrastructure, and workflows
- Provide technical support and guidance across hardware, software, and network systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Monitor network and system performance and proactively resolve issues.
Cybersecurity
- Contribute to initiatives to secure information systems, including network, endpoint, application, and data security.
- Monitor for and respond to security incidents, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
- Maintain cybersecurity controls and best practices in compliance with industry standards.
- Support third-party risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM) protocols.
Projects & Initiatives
- Participate in IT projects from concept through implementation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to strategic IT and security roadmaps.
- Work with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, processes, and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, or other applicable standards.
Required skills and qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an IT analyst or similar role.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work from our NYC office 5 days per week to support team members' in-office needs.
Technical Skills
- Experience managing and supporting macOS and Windows devices in a remote environment using MDM tools such as Intune, Iru, Mosyle, or similar.
- Experience administering Okta with knowledge of SSO concepts, user lifecycle management, and RBAC principles.
- Experience administering SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, etc).
- Automation focused with experience using Okta Workflows, Zapier, or similar.
- Basic networking knowledge with Meraki networking hardware or similar.

- The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $95,000-$105,000. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
