Role Summary

The Affiliate Coordinator supports the team by handling data, platform tasks, and research that does not require strategic decision-making. This role is essential for speed and accuracy within the channel.

Primary Focus

• Data, tools, and execution support
• Accuracy and consistency

Key Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate payouts, commission validation, and finance coordination
• Delivers and supports routine partner communication and outreach
• Monitors all affiliate content for compliance adherence
• Supplement partnership outreach directed from the Manager, Affiliate Support
• Pull and compile performance data and dashboards
• Upload offers, creatives, and commission changes (in Everflow)
• QA tracking, links, and data feeds
• Conduct competitive and partner landscape research
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and internal resources
• Build prospecting lists and research new partners
• Support ad-hoc executional tasks as needed
• Escalate issues or insights to the Manager, Affiliate Support proactively

Requirement

1-2 years’ experience with interest in marketing
