About the role

The Manager, Talent Acquisition – Business Units (BU) provides dedicated recruiting support for high-volume and business-unit-specific hiring needs. This role partners closely with BU leaders to ensure hiring keeps pace with growth while maintaining quality, compliance, and a strong candidate experience.

Strong preference for candidates with experience recruiting in med spas, wellness clinics, pharmacies, or regulated healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units and high-volume roles
  • Partner with BU leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring timelines
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communications
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with all applicable employment laws
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality candidate experience across BUs
  • Support execution of approved headcount plans
  • Coordinate offer creation and handoff to onboarding
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to hiring flow
  • Collaborate with central Talent and People Ops teams on systems and data
  • Support improvements to recruiting tools and workflows
  • Maintain accurate documentation and hiring records
  • Participate in process improvement and SOP development
  • Support workforce scaling without compromising quality
  • Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting high-volume or operational hiring
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills
  • Knowledge of compliant hiring practices
  • Preferred experience recruiting for med spas, pharmacies, wellness clinics, or healthcare-adjacent roles
  • Preferred background in startup or high-growth environment experience

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
