  • Evaluate customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROI, conversion rates, retention, and engagement across the full marketing funnel.

Attribution & Performance Measurement

  • Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to quantify the impact of each channel on revenue and conversions.
  • Analyze performance across SEO, paid media, social, email, and direct mail to identify optimization opportunities.

Forecasting & Optimization

  • Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities before they impact results.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Design interactive dashboards and executive-ready reports in Power BI and Excel.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for marketing leadership and executives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Product, and Finance teams to align marketing performance with broader business objectives.
  • Support data governance, reporting accuracy, and scalable analytics practices.

Automation & Efficiency

  • Automate recurring reports and data pipelines using SQL, VBA, Python, or R to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or business intelligence.
