ABOUT THE ROLE:


We’re seeking a strategic, visionary leader to own and elevate our entire talent function, from attracting top talent to developing, engaging, and retaining high performers who drive business growth. In this role, you’ll shape a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with our rapid scaling and build an exceptional culture.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and execute a holistic talent strategy that integrates acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning to meet current and future business needs.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives: Partner with executives and department leaders to forecast talent requirements, identify skills gaps, model scenarios for growth, and prioritize critical hires and internal development.
  • Oversee the full talent lifecycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment, performance evaluations, career development programs, leadership training, and succession planning for key roles.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high performing talent team and foster collaboration with other departments and hiring managers.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Champion talent development & succession.
  • Own employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience across the full lifecycle.
  • Leverage data and analytics by tracking and reporting key talent metrics, use insights to optimize processes, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Optimize talent technology and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success Proven success leading end-to-end talent strategies in a corporate environment. Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational change.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen: Ability to align talent initiatives with company objectives and translate business needs into actionable people plans.
  • Advanced data literacy: Proficiency in talent analytics, HR dashboards, and metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with modern talent tools and practices: AI in recruitment/development, ATS/HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, performance platforms, skills-based hiring, passive sourcing, and inclusive talent processes.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and juggles multiple priorities effectively.

The office environment is fast paced and collaborative.  An employee must be willing and able to work their regularly assigned work schedule, and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company or departmental needs, project requirements, or customer demands. While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading, being able to lift light objects (<25lbs), and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist or squat down to open/close cabinets, and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
