What You'll Do
As a Clinic Operations Supervisor, you’ll:
- Supervise staff to include, recruitment, performance management, time clock and the running of daily huddles
- Monitor and suggest operational changes
- Oversight of staff schedules and ensures coverage
- Responsible for training of new staff and re-training of current staff
- Run reports and confers with management on results
- Monitor employee productively and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Receive complaints and resolves problems
- Maintain timekeeping
- Pass on information from management to employees and vice versa
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertakes disciplinary actions in conjunction with management if the need arises.
- Responsible for daily deposits and petty cash.
- Participate in conferences and meetings, represent the clinic on organizational initiatives
- Travels to different clinic sites on a regular basis
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years Healthcare Experience
- Proven experience as a leader
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines for healthcare
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Ability to build trust with physicians and co-workers
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be detailed oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
