About the role

  • The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This role manages a team of warehouse associates and works closely with other departments to meet company goals for safety, productivity, and quality.
  • Entry level pay $24.00
  • Night shift 3-11pm

What you'll do

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor daily activities including receiving, storing, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment
  • Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
  • Coordinate with transportation providers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes as needed
  • Resolve employee issues and support team development
  • Enforce safety protocols and lead safety training sessions
  • General Warehouse Tasks:
    • Follow all safety procedures and protocols. 
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
    • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in inventory software, WMS, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
