improve lives from the ground up. We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Videographer

to join our in-house creative team to bring our products, purpose, and people to life across every

channel.

Reporting directly to the Art Director, Content Creation, this role will collaborate closely with

our marketing and design teams.


Responsibilities:

Video Production:

● Capture high-quality product videos highlighting shoe design, features, comfort, and

support technologies.

● Plan and produce review-style videos that simplify complex benefits into

customer-friendly stories.

● Film content in both studio and lifestyle environments, including setup of lighting, audio,

and staging.

● Produce video assets optimized for website, Amazon, social media, and digital

campaigns.

Creative Collaboration:

● Collaborate with the Art Director and VP of Ecommerce & Marketing to ensure video

concepts align with brand and campaign goals.

● Bring proactive ideas for storytelling around foot health, mobility, and daily life.

● Stay current on video trends, formats, and techniques that drive engagement.

Post-Production & Delivery:

● Edit content using DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere; familiarity with After Effects is a

plus.


● Manage the full video lifecycle—from scripting and scheduling to editing and delivery.

● Maintain organized file structures with clear naming, version control, and archiving

systems.

● Ensure all final content reflects Orthofeet’s trusted, empathetic, and authoritative brand

tone.

Equipment & Technical Expertise:

● Operate and maintain professional-grade video equipment, including Sony FX3/FX6,

Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 12K, or similar.

● Handle lighting and audio setups for both studio and occasional outdoor shoots.

● Travel occasionally for location shoots as needed.

Professionalism & Teamwork:

● Work collaboratively with internal teams while independently managing and executing

projects.

● Communicate effectively across departments and meet deadlines reliably.

● Adapt to shifting priorities and schedules with professionalism and flexibility.

Qualifications:

● 3–5 years of experience in commercial or product-focused video production.

● Strong portfolio of product, lifestyle, and/or educational video content.

● Deep understanding of video storytelling, especially in consumer products or

wellness-related industries.

● Proficiency in lighting, camera operation, composition, and audio capture.

● Experience managing full-cycle video projects with attention to detail in editing and

delivery.

● Ability to translate technical product features into compelling visual narratives.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment.
