The Opportunity 


We are looking for a driven and results oriented Events Marketing Manager to join our team. As a critical member of OrthoFi’s Marketing team, this role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will make a significant impact on our Events program. This role will be primarily responsible for developing, planning, and executing strategies for all Trade Shows, Webinars, and Live Events to generate new lead activity, promote our brand to the industry, and ultimately drive lead conversion. 


This role will work closely with our marketing, sales, and sales enablement teams to creatively and effectively communicate OrthoFi’s value proposition across the buyer’s journey via live events and webinars. The ideal candidate is a creative and organized individual that is passionate about perfecting an Events strategy to drive demand, and who also thrives on identifying and pursuing new opportunities to help drive business growth.


What You Will Do

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop quarterly meetings and events schedules. This schedule may include Key Opinion Leader Webinars, Industry Trade Shows and Events, Company Events, etc.
  • Research each event and develop ideas for content, location, marketing strategy, etc.
  • Coordinate logistics and deliverables for trade shows which can include but is not limited to booking booths and meeting spaces, managing housing, maintaining inventory, and packing and sending exhibition material.
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective execution of events’ needs such as display and printed materials, meeting space, food and beverage, sponsorships, etc.
  • Coordinate speakers and their presentation content for all events.
  • Track events/show expenditures and business received as a direct result of company's participation (ROI) and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor meetings/events travel costs to assist with budget forecasting.
  • Support the development, planning and execution of our overall marketing  and lead conversion strategy by identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and lead follow-up after webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, our products, and the buyer’s journey.
  • Ability to travel to local and out of state events up to 40% during peak season.
  • Standing, lifting (up to 20 lbs), reaching, bending, stooping will be frequently required.

The Skill Set

  • 3+ years of experience in trade show/events marketing 
  • Experience planning, coordinating and executing marketing programs to drive virtual/live attendance
  • Strong communication skills with experience working closely with sales, sales enablement, creative, product, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail.
  • Very detail-oriented, strong multi-tasker, very well organized, self-starter 
  • Strong listening skills; excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable, fast learner with a growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience working in orthodontics, dental or health tech industries is a plus
  • Spirit of teamwork and cooperation, positive "can-do" attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Internet

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000/year
