About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated sales professional who is excited to join a fast-paced company with tremendous market potential. We are looking for someone that loves a challenge and can start contributing on day one. The right candidate will take over and cultivate a pool of leads, and work these to close as many accounts as possible within the fast-growing DSO/OSO market in the U.S.
Sales of OrthoFi requires a deep understanding of our product, and aptitude to understand and articulate how it fits financially and operationally into the success of the average Orthodontic business.
Key Responsibilities
Drives top-line profitable sales against specific budget growth expectations within assigned accounts
Interacts with customer key players to advance the sale to a point of close as well as transition to account management team
Conducts selling presentations in both traditional and innovative ways that lead to successful and profitable customer relationships
Originates sales plans that result in attainment of established revenue goals, establish relationships with new customers
May identify service opportunities and programs required to grow these key accounts and ensure these are being communicated to the appropriate internal team members
Build account team relationship with the customer onboarding and account management team
Responsible for maintaining CRM details
Manage a lengthy sales cycle for complex deals, involving engagement with C-suite executives
What we’re looking for…
8 - 10 years demonstrated successful business to business sales history
Bachelor’s degree is required
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Must display interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, employees and others in a professional and tactful manner
Ability to network within all levels of a complex organization
Organizes and conducts meetings and product selling sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand
Ability to meet organizational goals and key performance objectives
Analytical skills and negotiation skills preferred
Ability to handle conflict and resolve problems quickly
Ability to operate a motor vehicle on a daily basis up to 8 hours per day
Ability to travel overnight as required (~15%)
Must have the ability to learn Google Suite products to the end of managing emails, sales presentations and sales analytics

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base range, plus $80k at-plan commission with no cap.
