Are you a detail-oriented team player with experience working in a dental or orthodontic office? Do you understand how treatment fees, insurance, and practice workflows all come together to create a great patient experience? If so, this could be the perfect next step in your career!

At OrthoFi, our Treatment and Network Details Admins (TNDAs) play a vital role in setting new practices up for success on our platform. You’ll work closely with our Treatment and Network Details Specialists and Training & Implementation team to configure treatment plans and insurance details during the onboarding process. After a practice is live, you’ll continue to support them by maintaining treatment offerings, preparing for routine reviews, and helping to resolve insurance-related questions and updates.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s worked in a dental or orthodontic office and is ready to bring their knowledge into a fast-growing technology company that’s redefining the patient financial experience.


What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with new practices and internal teams to organize and review onboarding deliverables during the pre-implementation process.
  • Enter treatment fees and service details into the OrthoFi system to ensure a smooth go-live experience.
  • Interpret and validate basic practice offerings and fee structures using your dental/ortho background.
  • Conduct online research to confirm provider network participation and contracted rates.
  • Support the ongoing configuration of treatment plans, financial presentations, and claim submission forms.
  • Communicate directly with practices via email to confirm updates, provide clarification, and offer periodic process reviews.
  • Assist with resolving internal support tickets and questions related to treatment details or insurance setup.

The Skill Set

  • Experience working in a dental or orthodontic practice—bonus if you’ve worked with insurance, treatment coordination, or patient financial planning.
  • Familiarity with dental insurance, network participation, and billing cycles.
  • Understanding of orthodontic procedures, appliances, and current treatment technologies.
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with professionalism and polish in all interactions.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment with evolving tools and processes.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially Excel.
  • A self-motivated, proactive mindset with strong time management skills.
  • A desire to grow, make an impact, and support the orthodontic community.

Compensation: $45,000 - $50000 annually
