Job Summary

The Order Filler plays a key role in supporting OWC’s warehouse operations by ensuring customer orders are picked, processed, and fulfilled accurately and efficiently. This position is responsible for handling inventory, processing high volumes of orders using warehouse systems, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Operating a PC workstation to manage and process inventory items accurately
  • Using warehouse inventory management systems to process customer orders and access order information
  • Picking and processing customer orders with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Restocking inventory in bulk and local stock locations to maintain inventory levels
  • Returning items to main stock from the returns and assembly teams
  • Processing orders throughout the day as they are released in scheduled batches
  • Picking or invoicing approximately 300–500 orders per day using a PC workstation
  • Processing larger reseller orders in accordance with established guidelines
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and communicating suggestions to leadership
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Following all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned

What You Bring With You?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, item numbers, and product types
  • Basic computer skills and experience using Windows-based systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work overtime when requested
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout a full shift
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and up to 50 lbs as needed

Compensation Structure for the Position

This position pays $19.00 per hour. Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
