Project Manager


What Will You be Doing?

·       Own and manage the stage-gate project schedule, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

·       Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across suppliers, product, engineering, operations, marketing, and creative teams.

·       Plan, track, and report on milestones from concept through design, development, validation, production, and launch.

·       Proactively identify and manage risks to timelines, escalating issues and driving resolution.

·       Coordinate supplier deliverables within the assigned product category.

·       Lead regular project meetings, communicating status, priorities, and action items clearly.

·       Ensure alignment of cross-team dependencies to maintain efficient workflows.

·       Manage change requests related to scope, schedule, or resources, and update plans accordingly.

·       Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting records.

·       Drive accountability and ownership across stakeholders to ensure smooth progression through each stage gate.

What You Bring with You?

·       Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in a stage-gate or product launch environment.

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

·       Excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating meetings and presenting updates to stakeholders.

·       Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships.

·       Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and implement solutions proactively.

·       Experience with project management tools and reporting software.

·       Adaptability to evolving priorities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.


Compensation Structure for the Position         

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive base salary of $1.45-1.87M NT/year. The amount of variable compensation will be determined based on your experience, skills, and performance.
