ABOUT THE POSITION: As an Independent Sales Agent (1099 Contractor), you’ll partner with clinics, practices, and wound care providers to deliver advanced tissue technologies to patients who need them most. You will drive revenue and advance your career by developing strategic business opportunities and earning the trust of key healthcare decision-makers. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

·       Drive revenue growth by securing new accounts.

·       Build consultative relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare leaders. 

·       Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine your strategy. 

·       Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasts to sales leadership. 

·       Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Market Access, and Customer Success. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

·       2–5 years of proven sales success in wound care. 

·       Track record of exceeding quota and earning top recognition. 

·       Strong clinical presentation and data translation skills. 

·       Ability to analyze markets, develop strategies, and present to executives and clinicians. 

·       Self-motivated, organized, and independent.
