PACE Equity

HR Director

Overview

C-PACE, or Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy, is a growing financing tool that brings private capital to commercial real estate projects for development, renovation, and recapitalization. As adoption expands across new states, it is becoming an increasingly important part of how projects get financed.

PACE Equity Finance has been a leader in the C-PACE space since inception, consistently finding new ways to use C-PACE to lower cost of capital and improve project returns. Our approach is grounded in our vision: innovating for impact, both for our clients and the built environment. We work closely with developers and bring a thoughtful, disciplined approach to every deal.

Our customers are each unique and so are we. We hire great people from a wide range of backgrounds because it makes our team stronger and our ideas better. You will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where your work has real impact. PACE Equity Finance has been recognized as one of CRE’s Best Places to Work, reflecting the kind of environment we are building together.

In our Milwaukee office, the culture is team-oriented, fast-paced, and supportive. We take pride in creating an environment where people can grow their careers, contribute to something meaningful, and maintain balance. Everyone plays a role in our success.
