Role
We’re looking for a Growth lead who will own pipeline generation for our sales team to help scale the Pace platform.

Responsibilities
In this role, the core responsibilities will include:
- Own pipeline generation end-to-end and meet ambitious GTM targets for the coming quarters
- Bring discipline and process to pipeline generation to ensure we have the requisite visibility into our pipeline and performance and are hitting our ambitious GTM targets
- Partner with the rest of the GTM team on other pipeline generation approaches including conference strategy and execution
- Partner with rest of GTM team to identify Ideal Customer Profiles and create plan to build repeatable sales motion
