Role

We’re looking for a Founding Member of Operations Staff who will partner with our team to build the operations central to our tech-enabled service.

Responsibilities

In this role specifically, the core responsibilities will include:

1. Recruiting, training and managing our insurance operations team onshore. Setting up our own BPO overseas (likely in the Philippines) as we scale.
2. Measuring the success of our insurance operations team and continuously refining our system to deliver high scalability and margin.
3. Working with our largest customers to expand to new use cases.
4. Collaborating with engineering to inform the product roadmap to drive customer value and operational improvements.
