The Senior Digital Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing engine. This data-driven marketer will manage paid media campaigns, ensure website performance and SEO health, build marketing workflows within our robust CRM, manage our digital event platform and programs, and maintain our web and partner channels to optimize visibility and conversion. The ideal candidate excels at the intersection of paid media, web management, technical SEO, analytics, and marketing technology, driving measurable results across multiple channels.
This position reports to the VP of Marketing and is fully remote within Canada.
Who we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience managing PPC in B2B with technology, consulting, SaaS, or cybersecurity organizations, with strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Experience and proficiency with CRM systems, email and CMS platforms, webinar software, SEO, and analytical tools
- Proficiency in building and reporting within complex CRM systems (dashboards, workflows, lead scoring, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI-driven search and its implications for paid and organic performance
- Experience supporting campaigns across North America (US & Canada); familiarity with other international markets (UK, AU/NZ) is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously

What you’ll be doing
Paid Media
- Develop & execute paid media campaigns that align with business objectives, our Ideal Client Profiles, and ultimately yield high-intent leads
- Perform daily campaign management, including keyword research & performance monitoring, and present recommendations on how to optimize for desired results
- Enhance our presence on third-party review platforms, improving lead conversion
- Utilize reporting tools to track, report, recommend, and improve campaign performance, tying in updates on budget and ROAS, with strategic recommendations for adjustments to improve return.
WEB
- Proactively monitor core web vitals and site performance metrics.
- Support technical SEO initiatives in partnership with our SEO/Content Manager, tracking organic performance, blog ranking, and backlink strategies.
- Collaborate with our SEO manager and oversee timely updates to content, maximizing site authority through SEO enhancements and strategies (technical and non-technical)
- Provide data-led recommendations for conversion improvement opportunities
- Research, test, and recommend emerging tools and platforms to enhance digital engagement and conversions
- Acts as project manager for our web agency, delivering timely updates through maintaining clear and consistent communication
CRM
- Leverage our CRM to plan and execute nurture campaigns, workflows, and automations, using data to inform segmentation, personalization, and optimization.
- Build content templates (email, forms, landing pages)
- Build, manage, and maintain active and static segments and lists
- Lifecycle Marketing: Develop strategies and plans for re-engaging leads, retaining clients, and winning back churned accounts
- Test new campaigns and strategies, adopt and pilot emerging technology, and constantly refine approaches to enhance lead generation and nurture activities.
- Create dashboards and reports that clearly report on lead performance
VIRTUAL EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Lead the build, execution, production, and reporting of webinars (registration workflows, platform integration, reporting insights, pre-/post-production design)
- Define a thoughtful strategy to utilize video assets across all channels, enhancing Packetlabs' reputation as a leading source for cybersecurity insights and learnings.
GENERAL
- Stay current on generative AI and AI-driven search technologies to identify evolving opportunities in digital visibility and targeting.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape in relation to web, digital, and paid media.
- Responsible for ensuring Packetlabs is compliant with Canadian, US, and Global privacy regulations, with a thorough understanding of GDPR requirements and best practices
