- Licensed Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager
- Licensed Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager
- Licensed Producer/Advisor
Also open to (Non-licensed):
- Front Desk / Phones
- Operations support / Assistants
- Virtual Assistants (support)
What you might do (depends on role)
- Support clients with coverage changes, billing questions, and policy updates—calm, clear, and professional
- Handle renewals/retention conversations and help clients make smart coverage decisions
- Quote, market, or service policies using EZLynx and clean documentation habits
- Follow checklists and workflows so nothing slips (high standards, low chaos)
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and solve problems the right way
What we look for
- Heart: you care about people and communicate with empathy and respect
- Hustle: you take ownership, follow through, and don’t need to be chased
- Home: you value a steady, drama-free workplace and you contribute to it
- You’re organized, detail-minded, and comfortable using modern tools
- Insurance license/experience is a plus (and required for some roles), but not for all
