As a generation of operators and engineers retire, we bridge the experience gap with technology, data, and expertise. Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & CRM Management

  • Manage Salesforce opportunities, quotes, and customer communications
  • Prepare technical documentation and sales presentations
  • Track purchase orders and maintain accurate sales records

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaison between Sales, Technical, Service, and Operations teams
  • Support customer onboarding and project milestone follow-ups
  • Assist with sales meetings and performance reporting

Data Management & Process Improvement

  • Maintain CRM data quality and generate sales reports/analytics
  • Identify and propose workflow improvements
  • Support sales tool optimization

Office Administration (US Office)

  • Coordinate office supplies, logistics, and facility needs
  • Serve as point of contact for office-related inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years B2B sales operations or customer support experience (tech/industrial/SaaS preferred)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
