The Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager will manage client accounts, build relationships, support business growth, promote insurance products, quote clients, and ensure accurate data entry—all while upholding our core values, and covering you from every angle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, coordinate services, and build relationships with clients, agents, and company reps
- Act as liaison between clients and carriers, providing coverage solutions and cost options
- Create renewal proposals, negotiate coverage, and collaborate with Producers and Marketing
- Conduct research, prepare documents, and ensure compliance with binding procedures
- Present proposals, bind coverage, and handle invoicing, endorsements, and cancellations
- Process and assist with claims, billing discrepancies, and customer service issues, assist with audits, and address coverage inquiries
- Issue certificates, binders, and ID cards while maintaining confidentiality
- Update systems, manage invoices and payments, and maintain accurate account/policy data
- Provide training and support for teammates and analyze renewal accounts for proper coverage
- Stay current on licensing, industry trends, and underwriting guidelines
- Represent the company professionally and adapt to evolving responsibilities in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Insurance Commercial Lines Insurance Account Management experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and agency management system experience (Applied EPIC, preferred)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Applicable state required Property & Casualty License
- CISR preferred
- High school department or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Roseville Office)
