About the role

• As a Senior NetSuite Consultant, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations and enhancements for clients in the Field Services industry. This includes working with both web and mobile versions of NetSuite to configure, customize, and optimize workflows that align with client needs
  
  

What you'll do

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning business needs with NetSuite Field Services solutions.
• Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, including technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and optimize both web and mobile versions of NetSuite Field Services (scheduling, dispatching, time tracking, service reporting).
• Drive client workshops to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and advise on best practices.
• Develop and customize workflows, SuiteScripts, and integrations to support client operations.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to client teams.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and compliance with NetSuite standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and guide cross-functional teams on NetSuite best practices.
• Stay up to date on NetSuite product innovations and proactively recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years NetSuite consulting experience, with 3+ years in Field Services.
• Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP (Financials, CRM, Projects, Field Services).
• Hands-on experience with web and mobile Field Services modules.
• Strong SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integration knowledge.
• Ability to run workshops, translate business requirements, and deliver client-facing solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Preferred: NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification; experience in professional services/consulting environments.
