About the role
- We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in all aspects of daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, communications, and travel while ensuring smooth coordination across business activities. This full-time, in-person role requires flexibility, discretion, and occasional availability outside standard hours. The position also involves running errands and accompanying the CEO to conferences and meetings across the EU.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare materials and logistics for meetings, events, and business trips.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
- Organize company events and internal meetings.
- Run errands and assist with ad hoc personal or professional tasks.
- Travel with the CEO to conferences and meetings across Europe (up to 40 days per year).
- Provide occasional support via text or phone outside normal business hours.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Flexibility to handle after-hours communication when needed.
- Comfortable running errands and managing both personal and professional tasks.
- Willingness to travel within the EU (up to 40 days per year).
- Experience in the iGaming or SEO/digital marketing industries (would be an asset).
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp).
