About the role

  • We are looking for an Affiliate Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team of content mavericks. As an Affiliate Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our digital footprint and maximizing revenue through strategic affiliate partnerships.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Onboarding:
    • Identifying potential affiliate partners.
    • Communicating with potential affiliates to explain the program and its benefits.
    • Assisting in the affiliate onboarding process.
  • Affiliate Communication:
    • Responding to affiliate inquiries and providing support.
    • Addressing affiliate concerns or issues promptly.
  • Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensuring that the company adheres to program terms and policies.
    • Monitoring for any potential violations and taking appropriate actions when necessary.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintaining accurate records of affiliate contacts, agreements, and performance metrics.
    • Utilizing affiliate management software and tools for efficiency.
    • Resolving technical issues related to tracking, reporting, and affiliate systems.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor programs.

Requirements:

  • General understanding of iGaming and affiliation.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Google suite.
  • Accuracy and diligence.
  • Research and evaluation skills.
  • Good command of English language, both written & verbal.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (desired)
