About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our iGaming team. In this role, you will take ownership of the SEO strategy and execution for domains, combining strong technical SEO knowledge with hands-on expertise in link building, on-page optimization, and content strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a doer, capable of driving performance improvements, ensuring compliance, and maximizing long-term growth in a highly competitive iGaming market. You will collaborate closely with the Head of SEO, developers, and content teams to deliver measurable SEO results and maintain our competitive edge.


Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Lead SEO strategy for our projects in the iGaming vertical.
  • Conduct keyword research and map strategies to high-value opportunities.
  • Execute technical SEO improvements (site architecture, indexing, canonical/redirect management).
  • Drive on-page optimization: metadata, content structure, internal linking.
  • Oversee off-page SEO, including anchor strategy and link acquisition campaigns.
  • Perform competitor and market benchmarking to maintain an edge in rankings.
  • Collaborate with content writers and editors to ensure iGaming compliance and SEO value.
  • Monitor performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and refine strategies based on industry trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on SEO experience, preferably in iGaming/affiliate SEO.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge (redirects, canonical fixes, hreflang, indexing issues).
  • Proven track record of ranking competitive keywords in gambling, crypto, or finance.
  • Expertise in link-building strategy and anchor text distribution.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced use of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC).
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Experience across multiple markets (US, DE) would be an asset.
  • Understanding of gambling compliance requirements would be an asset.
